Ingredients

⅓ cup clementine or tangerine juice

3 Tbsp water

½ lemon, juiced

1 Tbsp Glim Dream Tea

1 tsp maple syrup, adjust to taste

1 egg white (or aquafaba if vegan)

Optional garnish: slice of clementine
Directions
In a small cup, stir Dream Tea with water until it fully dissolves and becomes a smooth liquid concentrate.
Add clementine juice, maple syrup, Dream Tea concentrate, egg white, and a handful of ice to a shaker.
Shake vigorously to build that thick, silky foam.
Strain into a chilled coupe or sour glass. Garnish with a clementine peel twist.
