At Glim Wellness, we take pride in creating high-quality, functional blends to support your energy, balance, and sleep. We want every experience with our products to feel great, without the hassle of returns.

Our Promise

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your Glim Wellness product, we’ll make it right.

Because our drink mixes are considered food products, we don’t accept physical returns, but we do offer a full refund to all customers who aren’t fully satisfied. This helps us keep shipping costs low and minimize waste while still ensuring you feel cared for.

How It Works

If you’d like to request a refund:

  1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@glimwellness.com

  2. Include your order number, a brief explanation, and a photo of the product (even if opened)

Once verified, we’ll issue a full refund of your purchase price to your original payment method. You won’t need to ship the product back.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 14 days of delivery with a photo and order number. In these cases, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (refunds apply but no returns)

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Limited Release”

  • Gift cards

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed once approved and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
