Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, missing, or delayed:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@glimwellness.com. Include your order number and a photo of the packaging and product, if applicable.
We’ll resolve the issue quickly—either with a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once marked as delivered by the carrier, Glim Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend selecting a secure delivery location.
